A little about me.

I was born in Staffordshire and studied painting and english literature in York before broadening into visual and sound design.

I’ve worked primarily as a graphic designer for the past fifteen years, initially specialising with information design for public places which has informed my playful take on mass communication and modern culture. My work is a mixture of experimentation, a fascination with semiotics, literature, abstraction and gentle subversion.

I produce work through a range of media – from traditional drawing to computer-based compositions through to sound design for art spaces. I’m currently a part of BLACKLIGHT Design Agency.
